Comedy Central is oh fish ully the gayest network on television. Night Of Too Many Stars was pretty sweet last night, especially the number of technical difficulties going on, fun stuff! Heehee, Jon was awesome, and I loved Steve & Oscar. STEPHEN & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION! Oh man. But really, that's too cool of both Jon & Stephen. Oh, and um, Stephen is a giant whore kthnx. There were some other points that I enjoyed during the show (BARRY EFFING GIBB!) too.I wish I had pictures of them hugging & being all speshul & AWW OH EM EFF GEE FANGIRL SQUEL-esque. And Stephen kissing the girl with the check, and it was just funny. And I come bearing videos. By who else? uluviel.Stephen + JonAll of it. Back, crack, and sack.(That second clip is "The Eccentric Millionaire" with an...interesting proposition for Jon. XD gross but funny.)Oh and um I went to the mindless wasteland that is the mall yesterday with Carol. Now I have America (The Book) Teacher's Edition and it's awesome. Updated nude Supreme Court Justice pictures, just what one always wanted, right? But really, I love that book. And um I bought something else? I don't remember. I'm tired.Studio 60 tonight!

Holy crap! I cannot believe that. It's been three years since Clay's debut CD came out in stores. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was at the release party, so excited for the CD, waiting to have it in my hands. Watching him perform on Leno, hearing "Invisible" for the first time on the radio. All the various appearances that week and on, the 2x platinum, whatever. I miss that excitement, that total "I'm a Clay fangirl and I don't give a care what you think" mentality. Sure, I was a complete moron, blissfully unaware of how ANNOYING I was. But that was when I truly loved Clay (not stalkerly, never was never will be for anyone), taped every single appearance he did, would only talk about him. Even if I was stupid, it was fun. To me, Clay was a lot different back then, I miss old Clay. Appropriately, or ironically, E! aired his SNL episode tonight. I think that SNL was quintesential Clay to me. When I think of why I love Clay, I think of SNL. The geeky but cute nerd with a great heart, the nice guy, the likeable guy with one of the most amazing voices I've heard. He looked great, he sounded great, he was the most "Clay Aiken" Clay Aiken, if that makes any sense. I guess I just miss the old days. But really, while AI2 introduced Clay to America, it was MOAM that really made the fandom. It's so fun to look back to see how the fans have changed, Clay has changed, I have changed. I can't believe I just rambled on that long about MOAM, so, um, YAY for MOAM! Good times, 10/14/03.It's also been a year since we moved in/got my wisdom teeth pulled. Fun stuff, huh?Um...The Colbert Report was so excellent this week. The only video I have right now is one of the best Word's I've ever seen: The Word: Safety, but there was so much goodness. We learned that Jane Fonda is a whore who likes to kiss married men. That Stephen is so happy to be his own wife. That Stephen wishes to channel Raven and wear tranny heels. And well, that's all I've got picture wise. But I think that the runner-up in the Green Screen Challenge was pretty cool too. Especially the whole lightsaber match. Fanboy Stephen must've been all too giddy to have George Lucas in the studio. That was so hilarious. And the gay gay gay gay gayness of Thursday, but again, no caps. Am I an effing geek or what? I guess I just sit inside the house too long.Oh, another thing-EFFING TIGERS kthnx. Who would've thought that they'd be going to the World Series (actually no nvmd knowing them they'll choke tomorrow and let Oakland win the last 4 games and go on)? And speaking of, ok, today I had the TV on all day, from the start of the Tigers game to the end of the Mets game.I mean, really? Haha, a lefty that throws righty. The tongue of concentration, something that my dad & I tend to do. Such a Mets geek.Today was Canada day, sort of. We learned about it in class (sadly, I was the only person who knew that Canada had a prime minister, his name, his party, as well as when and how he took over. That's pathetic.), and then tonight was Canadian TV. I found out recently that CBC, which I get, shows This Hour Has 22 Minutes, the original satire news show (I thought it was on CTV or The Comedy Channel which we don't get), so I watched that, as well as Royal Canadian Air Farce Incredibly funny! Canadian stuff rules. Oh, and throw in some Degrassi and it was super cool. If only I had some Jos Louis to eat while watching. My mom came home finally, so that's good. But now I'm worried about Freddy, I think he's going senile. He feels that the living room is now the litter box and is just acting weird & bad. He better stop that soon, because my parents will put him down, and I cannot go through that experience again, it was awful, almost 4 years ago. If he is getting senile & old, I hope he goes naturally, like George did. He's MY cat, he basically only comes to me, so it's like...NO :(! Ugh. I say the phrase "ugh" too often.Good news is that the first issue of The Galaxy came out! And um, I ended up having 5 stories in it, that's pretty cool I guess. Although the typos did sort of make me a sad panda. So, YAY for newspaper! And I rambled on WAY too long, my apologies (apologizing for nothing, a Canadian tradition! Too good, seeing as how I do the same thing.). So um, if you read that, you're pretty cool. Just think, I could've rambled on about more TV shows, school, the Toledo Hospital, and probably other random crap that came to my head!

It's finally the day! I can now say that I have Sam's Town in my hands, and that's amazingly exciting. I already know the words to most of the songs, since I've been listening to it so much this past week. I still don't have a specific favorite, because I like all of the songs for the most part! Although "Bones" is a big favorite, especially after SNL. I cannot wait to see what Tim Burton does for the video, it should be great.Today wasn't all good though, since my mom had surgery (that they should've done a week ago), so we were stuck at the hospital all day. Fun stuff. Did I mention how effing sick I am of that crap hole Toledo Hospital? Meh. So hopefully that fixes things up. Then we'll just move on to another medical problem, I swear to God my family is so effed up. It's like a crapshoot...what will be the ailment today that will screw everyrthing up?On a lighter note...last night's episode of The Daily Show was absolutely hilarious. They sure had fun with Rep. Foley...Foley Erect XD XD XD too good. I'm serious, I haven't laughed that hard in so long, it was priceless. "Foley determined to attack inside 15 year-old boy"...LMFAO!Naturally I, or rather uluviel, have provided clips of this. Watch it, you'll laugh really hard. And if not, then clearly you don't have a sense of humor, or are a pedophile. JAY KAY!?Foley Erect: Part 1Foley Erect: Part 2A meme about TV shows, stolen from lashia69.1) What TV show(s) do you find yourself watching the most? The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, South Park, Strangers With Candy, The Office, The Amazing Race, Studio 60, Degrassi, SpongeBob Squarepants, etc.2) What if any TV shows do you own on DVD?South Park seasons 1-7, The Daily Show: Indecision 2004, Strangers With Candy: The Complete Series, Invader ZIM Volume 1, Animaniacs Vol 1, Beavis And Butt-Head volumes 1-2. Also, if you want to get technical, I have all of Clay's AI2 performances on DVD as well.3) Can you name your favorite TV show theme song?"Dog On Fire" (The Daily Show) and I don't know if any of the others have names.4) Have you ever been on TV and if so for what?Um, in 5th grade when our Girl Scout troop went to WTVG, and Yakko from Animaniacs said my name on TV during some marathon, I've got it on tape.5) What is your favorite YouTube video (feel free to post a link)? It's a tie: Jon & Stephen losing it over Prince Charles & the banana & Even Stevphen: Responsible Drinking because gay jokes & character breaks are always funny, and Steve drunk is just too good....I don't have anything else to count down to!

I guess I could divide this entry into sections about certain fandoms, haha.Aiken:Oh man, Clay is such a crackhead, or something. He was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, that was a gem. Basically he was totally insane and rambling again, but hilarious. OMFG the tattoo! Too funny, such dedication..I loved all the blood spots on his leg, haha what a geek. The Kimmel interviews are always total gems, they're so funny and random. Speaking of gems, or JemJem, LMFAO at the Virgin Megastore clip. How JemJem was totally trying to stop this crazy/scary fan from going after Clay, and then it's Jimmy. Too funny, too funny. And I actually liked the performances! "Invisible", it just never, ever gets old. He's sang it like, 74983279 times but it's always fun to watch. The Larry King Live interview tonight was, interesting. It was good albeit predictable, and once again he did his little non-answer trick again, but whatever. He looked cute. On IDF I mentioned all of the topics he'd probably cover...I got them all right, it's lame. What's also lame is how I dislike ATDW more and more each time I listen to it. I listen to it, and I'm just more underwhelmed or something. And that's not cool?!While #2 is still a good spot to debut at, and 206,000 is a fairly ok number, considering it's a crap concept and had so little promotion, it's interesting to see how low it is for Clay standards. It's only slightly over 1/3 of the sales MOAM had in week one (613,000) and it's even less than MCWL. That's kinda depressing, I hope he still has a 4th album with good ORIGINAL material.UM OK YEAH, I apologize, I sort of had a totally fangirly moment where no one knew what I was talking about so um sorry about that. The Killers:They were great on TRL yesterday, no matter how scary Brandon's jacket and moustache were. I want to see them live, but I can't go to the 10/18 Detroit show :(.AND...Sam's Town is up on mtv.com's The Leak! It's not the greatest album I've ever heard, but I really like it (a lot more than ATDW!). It's a pretty big departure from Hot Fuss, but not overly so, just less synthy. "Why Do I Keep Counting?", "Bling (Confessions Of A King)", "Bones", and "This River Is Wild" are some of my favorites, and WYWY of course.TDS/TCR:I called 1-888-OOPS-JEW, but I couldn't bring myself to leave a message. Oh I don't know, maybe because I'm not a Jew? Dang.Yeah, remarkably I don't have a lot to ramble about these two shows! I've just been watching a lot of old show clips in the past week.Studio 60:"We hope you don't mind our producer was caught doing blow." XD I nearly laughed myself silly with that. And they mentioned Clay, how speshul? I really like this show now!In other non-pop culture news, school is good. A combination of boring and amusing, but still good. Newspaper still makes me angry, since about half of the class doesn't do anything, but the cool thing is that I'll have like 5 stories in this month's issue. We get into some interesting conversations there, and people make me laugh. I managed to hijack my Speech class the other day simply by mentioning I went to NDA, prompting a 70 minute long debate/discussion about schools. I guess I'll go to the homecoming game Friday, because I need something to do. I can't stand going up to Toledo Hospital anymore, that place is such a hellhole. My mom's stuck with these crazy people (I could explain but I don't feel like it), and it's driving her nuts, in turn driving my dad nuts, and passing along said frustration to me. I just wish they would do surgery to fix her back, and get her out of there. That rambled for so long, oops. I guess I had a lot to say over those 5 days.6 days, until I have a tangible copy of the CD in my hand! Because now I can say that I've heard it!

The oh so wise words of Michael Scott. I LOVED Thursday's episode of The Office (AKA Clay's favorite show, which completely surprises me that he'd watch it...which makes me MORE mad that Steve wasn't on The Tonight Show last Friday with Clay, or Clay wasn't on Wednesday with Steve), even though it seems everyone was disappointed.I was SO excited for The Office, it didn't disappoint. Much as everyone dislikes Roy, I couldn't help but feel bad for him. And the mug shot was a true gem. JIM :(. He can't be anywhere but Scranton, that's just wrong! The only good thing was OMFG ED HELMS! I didn't know that he was going to be on this early in the season, a nice surprise. LMFAO Jello! And of course, Michael & Oscar, too good (see icon). You want to hate Michael so much, but he's incredibly likeable for his, issues. And then Grey's Anatomy, I have to say that was a bit of a disappointment (a recurring theme this week). I really, really REALLY hate flashbacks. But I understand why they needed to do it, and I'm sure it'll get better as the season goes along. You know, I really could go into the whole Clay gay thing and what I think about it, but I still am really confused by what he's trying to say. Plus, I'll end up thinking one thing at one time, and another thing the next time. Like I said, I still think that he's gay, and I don't think any differently of him or whatever. One thing's for sure: I dislike the CD more each time I listen to it, and I don't think I've liked any of the performances he's given, I hate his upper register for the most part, meh. Point is, I don't know WTF he's saying, but it's causing so much lovely, amazingly interesting and funny Claymate drama, I just eat that stuff up. So, it was somewhat appropriate that Clay's favorite show (The Office) dealt with all things gay. Every show I watch is pretty gay, or has recurring gay themes. Oh, those Hitler loving queers.Speaking of, I FINALLY got the sound back on my computer, ok actually my mom fixed it but whatever. So I've been able to indulge in my old TDS/TCR videos on my computer and YouTube. Such gems. Um, I went to the football game tonight, and that was kinda lame since I was stuck taking pictures with a camera I'd never used. And I hate sports and had no idea what was going on. Long story short, my pictures SUCKED. Sucked harder than...well, than basically every male celebrity that I admire? But yeah, they were bad, and we lost. Giving SFS their first win, 42-7. Yikes. It wasn't a miserable experience or anything, LMFAO I wore my dad's reflective safety orange Amtrak jacket. I'm oh fish ully a loser and geek. But WTF ever.My mom found Grey's Anatomy season 2 at the library. I have until Monday to watch all 27 episodes. I'm on #4. I guess I should be in my room watching TV.10 days!
